With special design of Weighing System, Automatic Dosing System, Blending System, Pump & Heating System, it could provide a efficient and stable mixing of mass. A complete PLC based control system is also equipped for monitoring and controlling the dosing, blending, heating, flowrate and other parameters of whole system.

What types of base oil could be the raw material?

Typical types of base oil are Group 1, Group 2, Group 3 GTL, SN500, SN 150, SN 70, BS. are all could be the raw materials for the blending plant.Depending on the function the lubricant is to be used; the ratio of base oil to additives varies from 85:15 to 90:10.
What's the basic lab equipment do you recommend if the client to set up a laboratory?

Basic and necessary instruments consisting of Viscosity Bath @100 and 40˚C, Flash Point Apparatus COC, Pour Point 3 Chamber at 51˚C, Hydrometer M-50 2 NOS, Thermometer, IP 51, TBN Vegomatic Titrator, Muffle Furnace, Lab Anyalytic scale, Lab chemicals for TBN, Glass Apparatus, Lab Table.
