PPGT-BE Solvent Extraction Plant is designed to remove the undesirable ingredients such as PAHs, gums, asphaltenes, sulfur compounds, nitrogen compounds, oxygen compounds from the base oil. PurePath engineers team has redesigned the whole extraction process and applied multistages of centrifugal extraction system which is especially targeting for base oil produced from waste oil refinery to improve the viscosity index, oxidation stability, carbon residue, color of the base oil. With our exclusive solvent extraction and recovery technologies & innovations, you'll able to obtain over 98% of group 1+ base oil with only 1KG of solvent.

In the meanwhile, the resulting base stocks are raffinates (referred to as neutral oils) and an extract fluid that is rich in aromatic content, which is highly sought after as process oils and fuel oils.

Could we use PPGT-BE to others oil refining?

It could also be used for improving all kinds of mineral oil like used transformer oil, hydraulic oil, turbine oil, gear oil, all vacuum side streams, traditional distillation recycled red base oil, acid and alkali treatment base oil, TEPA and clay treated base oil etc.
How much oil we can get after PPGT-BE solvent extraction plant?

It could get 98%-99% polished oil from PPGT-BE; The oil loss is only 0.5%-1%. The loss oil could be collected for futher use.
What the difference between our solvent refining plant and peers' refining plant?

Competitors adopts clay refining, acid treatment, or simple solvent blending tank instead. It's with high chemcial consumption or will generate secondary pollutes for environment. Compared with blending tank and solvent tank, PurePath recommends centrifuge extraction refining plant which is with higher efficnent, zero emissions and without secondary pollutes.
