PPGT-BP Waste Oil Rerefining to Base Oil Plant is the use of vacuum fractionation technology, ultrasonic cavitation oxidation extraction and desulfurization process, through the solvent refining or catalyst or hydrogenation process, through the heating of distillation and fractionation process treatment and filtration, effectively remove the used waste oil in the water, sulfide, asphalt, particulate matter, colloidal matter, acid, odor, etc. By using this used waste oil recycling equipment, it is possible to convert the used waste oil into qualified diesel or base oil with a clean and transparent color and qualified odor. With high economic value and cheap price, it can be widely used in low speed engines and gensets such as excavators, loaders, road rollers, and other low speed engines and gensets.

Hydrodynamic Cavitation assisted oxidative desulfurization for diesel. Vapor cavities formed in the cavitating device are then collapsed which generate (in-situ) oxidizing species which react with the sulphur moiety resulting in the removal of sulphur from the organic phase.
Ultrasound-assisted heterogeneous catalytic oxidation process was applied to eliminate sulfur from commercial diesel fuel oil to produce EURO IV and EURO V standard diesel. And it was found that under the researched conditions, increasing oxidizing agent concentration and the application of ultrasound energy can enhance the sulfur removal from commercial diesel fuel oil.
