Lube Oil Blending Plant
The PPGT-LBP lube oil blending plant is designed to produce lubricating oil by mixing base oil with various additives. With a specially designed weighing system, Automatic Dosing System, Blending System, pump, and heating system, it can provide efficient and stable mixing of mass. A complete PLC-based control system is also equipped for monitoring and controlling the dosing, blending, heating, flowrate and other parameters of the whole system.

Typical types of base oil are Group 1, Group 2, Group 3 GTL, SN500, SN 150, SN 70, BS. are all could be the raw materials for the blending plant.Depending on the function the lubricant is to be used; the ratio of base oil to additives varies from 85:15 to 90:10.
Basic and necessary instruments consisting of Viscosity Bath @100 and 40˚C, Flash Point Apparatus COC, Pour Point 3 Chamber at 51˚C, Hydrometer M-50 2 NOS, Thermometer, IP 51, TBN Vegomatic Titrator, Muffle Furnace, Lab Anyalytic scale, Lab chemicals for TBN, Glass Apparatus, Lab Table.
PurePath could design and provide both batch and continuous type with optional online detection devices.
