WASTE OIL RECYCLING PLANT

WASTE OIL RECYCLING PLANT MANUFACTURER

Waste engine oil recycling involves the recycling of used oils and the creation of new products from the recycled oils, and includes the recycling of motor oil and hydraulic oil. Waste oil recycling also benefits the environment: increased opportunities for consumers to recycle oil lessens the likelihood of used oil being dumped on land and in waterways.

Recycled waste motor oil can be combusted as fuel, usually in plant boilers, space heaters, or industrial heating applications such as blast furnaces and cement kilns. Alternatively, waste motor oil can be distilled into diesel fuel or marine fuel in a process similar to oil re-refining, but without the final hydrotreating process. The lubrication properties of motor oil persist, even in used oil, and it can be recycled indefinitely.

Turn waste oil into valuable resources with our high-efficiency waste oil recycling plants. We provide complete, advanced systems for processing used engine oil, industrial lubricants, and hydrocarbon waste into reusable base oil or fuel.

In addition to the above waste oil recycling plants, we also provide other used oil re-refining plants, such as the Base Oil Solvent Extraction Plant and Lube Oil Blending Plant.

FAQ

Depending on the process, waste oil can be converted into diesel-range fuel, fuel oil, re-refined base oil and other hydrocarbon fractions.

Yield depends on feedstock quality, water and sludge content, process configuration and target products. A feedstock analysis provides a more accurate estimate.

Capacity depends on available feedstock, required output, and operating hours. PurePath can customize plant capacity according to actual project requirements.

Yes. A dedicated re-refining configuration can recover base oil from suitable used lubricating oil, with further purification selected according to the required product quality.

Cost depends on capacity, feedstock, target products, refining process, and automation level. PurePath provides customized quotations based on project requirements.
